Help with the class that isn't clicking.

Free peer tutoring from National Honor Society members. Our goal is simple: make academic support accessible, approachable, and easy to ask for.

The program

Student Success

Connecting students with NHS tutors who can meet them where they're at and help them move forward.

Student Success is the National Honor Society’s peer tutoring program at Clayton-Bradley Academy. NHS members volunteer their time to help Middle and High School students work through the subjects they find hardest.

There is no cost, no minimum grade, and no need to be failing a class to ask.

How it works

How to sign up, what to expect, and more!

For Middle School: Two tutoring blocks each quarter

  • Block 1 Weeks 2–5 of the quarter
  • Block 2 Weeks 6–9 of the quarter
Requests are reviewed and processed right before each block begins, during the Week 1 and Week 5 prep periods. A request sent in the middle of a block rolls over to the next one, so it is never lost. It just starts at the next block.

What kind of help do you need?

Remedial help

Targeted support for rebuilding foundational skills, closing learning gaps, or catching up on concepts from earlier in the year.

Homework help

Support with current weekly assignments, ongoing coursework, and preparing for an upcoming test.

About NHS

The National Honor Society recognizes students for scholarship, service, leadership, and character. At Clayton-Bradley Academy, Student Success is the main way our chapter puts that into practice. Members volunteer as peer tutors, free, for any student who asks.
